A few weeks back, Crain's Cleveland Business featured Juvan's Health Law Update in an article entitled "Attorneys Blawg for Info and Publicity." The article touches on both the benefits of blogging as well as the ethical issues that attorney bloggers must consider before posting articles and engaging in dialog with readers.
Juvan provides commentary about health care law and policy and has been featured in several publications. Just recently, Juvan was quoted in RFID Update and ComputerWorld.com about an injunction issued in a case prohibiting the FDA from enforcing a law affecting wholesale distributors of pharmaceuticals.
In October, Juvan also made a radio appearance on DJ Flash Ferenc's radio show on WERE when her podcast entitled "Blogging for Lawyers" was aired. The podcast was produced by Mark Avsec, an Intellectual Property lawyer at Benesch who is known for being a former keyboardist for Wild Cherry and a Grammy nominee for the hit song "Play that Funky Music, White Boy."
